Step: 1
First Contact
Once connected, we talk to you about your business, you as the founder, your goals, and your struggles. This will give us an early indication of whether we are the right fit for each other.
Step: 2
Due Diligence
Then we collate the information you have provided and begin a due diligence process. We perform market research, dive deeper into your PnL, test out your products, and uncover any further questions that will help us make an informed decision.
Step: 3
Presenting Findings
If we think that we are the right fit for each other, we will schedule a meeting to present where we believe we could take the business together - setting goals and deadlines to measure our success against.
At this stage, we will also start exploring what the partnership will look like. Our boutique nature allows us to make offers that are fluid and we tailor our approach to every business.
Step: 4
Begin Partnership
Once all the details are agreed upon, we will begin our engagement. Any cash offers will be transferred to your nominated bank account, consultancy engagements signed and nominated staff from Atlas Ventures will begin assisting your team to implement strategies that will achieve the targets set out.
